SCHOOL COLORS
Traverse City High School Colors are Black and Gold
The current (2004) East and West Junior High school are different in color
St. Francis Colors are Dark Blue and Gold
Kingsley Colors are Orange and Black
You will find here a variety of yearbooks, Sunday schools, newspaper stories and any school topics. I would especially like to see personal stories to add.
Dates that are black ink are not linked but I have at home to do, my books will have an asterisk * beside them. A couple were borrowed and credit was given to those submitters. Tom Ghering has graciously offered to scan yearbooks for this website. Credit is given to the donator of any yearbooks scanned. There will more newspaper information added as time goes on. The yearbook dates in red I do not have at all. Update: 23Sep2008
We now have scanned pages of the seniors of the 1956-1958 Traverse City High School Seniors. IF you know for sure a person in this yearbook? You can ask for a scanned copy to be sent to you. Because there are living people the pages will not be show online but perhaps an index can be done for all classes in time. Yearbooks donated for scanning by NANCY GHERING MICKELSON and scanned by: TOM GHERING of Grawn, GT, MI: Ghering families are native families of the area. We do not send copies of entire books.Can you help? The other yearbooks, if anyone has the missing year and wishes to type it, photocopy for submission it will be published on the school site. The years in red are one I don't have.~ Wouldn't it be GRAND to fill this page!!
