The resources for the birth data at FHC may no longer be available. The State Of Michigan has shut down access to all Michigan birth records or index from anywhere they find them housed.  You can still get a birth record most times if you have the death record (not always by every courthouse in MI nor USA) to prove the person is deceased and they are family.
